PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. During product drops or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free Worldwide Shipping on orders $100+. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted or canceled. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support before the order is shipped. We'll be happy to assist you!

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
